GENERAL CONTRACTORS MEMBERSHIP

 

The AGC defines General Contractors as an individual or company that serves as a prime contractor or construction manager for more than 50% of its projects or is a construction manager for 100% of its projects.

Membership opportunities are available for General Contractors who meet the criteria listed above and who have established a reputation of skill, integrity and responsibility.

 

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Membership dues for General Contractors are based on their preceding year's work volume which can be calculated using this chart.

SPECIALTY CONTRACTORS MEMBERSHIP

 

The AGC defines Specialty Contractors as an individual or company that serves as a prime contractor that performs less than 50% of its projects.

Membership opportunities exist for Specialty Contractors who fall under the forementioned criteria and who have established a reputation of skill, integrity and responsibility within the industry.

 

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Membership dues for Specialty Contractors are based on flat rate of $769.00 per year.

SUPPLIERS/SERVICE PROVIDERS MEMBERSHIP

 

Membership opportunities exist for individuals or companies that engage in business primarily as a supplier or a manufacturer that primarily provides supplies, insurance, bonds, equipment or other property used in connection with the construction industry, or are engaged in rendering a service to the construction industry.

Membership opportunities exist for Suppliers/Service Providers who meet the above criteria and who have established a reputation of skill, integrity and responsibility.

Membership dues for Specialty Contractors are based on flat rate of $769.00 per year.
